This clear cut discipline has strict rules and formulas for buying and selling stocks yet is an easy read for beginners who can start investing right away and have a plan to follow. No day trading, or long term investing here, this is "short term trend" investing as used by most managers of aggressive mutual funds, and is also the foundation of my strategy in the Loring Hedge Fund.
