This is a great true story about a professional entertainer who is in the stock market for the first time and discovers a secret of the stock market; "stock trading ranges". Darvas calls these trading ranges "boxes", and watches his stocks move back and forth before they roar ahead and make him rich. This is a very insightful book because it is written in the first person letting the reader in on Darvas' thoughts and learning process. Very important to note that when he decided to become a full time day trading pro and took an office on Wallstreet, he got his butt kicked by overconfidence. A great lesson.
